2021 Summer Park Program

The Parks & Recreation Committee is excited to announce that the Summer Park Program will be returning for 2021!
The program will run from June 28th to August 20th. Hours of operation will be Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 4:00pm.
Due to COVID-19 there are some important updates this year:
- The program will only be able to accommodate 48-50 children.
- We will use a lottery system to determine which children attend camp.
- Camp signups will begin June 1, 2021 - Stay tuned for additional sign-up details.
- Children will be assigned to pods of 6 to 8 children per counselor. (Grouped by age)
- When campers and/or counselors cannot maintain a safe social distance from others they must wear a face mask.
- We will utilize the Pick-up Patrol program to monitor the campers for COVID-19 symptoms.
- Due to the inability to socially distance the campers, the program will be canceled if there is inclement weather.
- Parents will need to designate someone to pick up campers within an hour if camp is canceled. Every effort will be made to call the rain day as early as possible.
- In lieu of Friday field trips the program will hold "Funday Fridays".
- Campers must be able to maintain regular attendance in order to remain in the program. If not, another child will be selected from the waiting list.
