Transfer Station Permit - AKA Dump Sticker

Transfer Station Permits or dump stickers as we call them, are issued with each Boscawen motor vehicle registration. The color should correspond with the color of your plate decals. If you are new to Boscawen, you will need to complete a RECORDS CHANGE REQUEST form and provide proof of residency, along with $3 per registration. You will receive an updated registration and your dump sticker.

PROOF OF RESIDENCY: Utility bill, pay stub, lease, W-2, to name a few. If you do not have any of those items, you may retain a NOTARIZED LETTER from the property owner stating that you reside there.

For residents that are not able to drive any longer, we offer paper permits to specific vehicles that pick up garbage/leaves/waste. We have a form for the property owner to fill out in order to issue this paper permit. TRANSFER STATION PAPER PERMIT
